Thank you to everyone who came to see me and ten other artists show our work at Silicon Valley Open Studios in May. It was wonderful to get to share my garden with the artists at this site (#55) and to see so many folks visiting. This is a not-to-be-missed experience where hundreds of artists all over Silicon Valley open up their studios (or join other artists at their studios) so that the public can see their work and learn about their artistic journey. This year was extra special because my son Daniel-Pablo exhibited his original designs of 3D printed earrings. He also showcased examples of the 3D printed cityscapes that he creates using real LIDAR data of cities and translating that into relief maps – super cool to see landmark buildings in SF and NYC and even in Palo Alto. You can see more of his work at www.danielpablo.com.
